114 : 1
قُلۡ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلنَّاسِ
Qul aAAoothu birabbi alnnasi
قُلۡqulSay
أَعُوذُaʿūdhuI seek refuge
بِرَبِّbirabbiin (the) Lord
ٱلنَّاسِl-nāsi(of) mankind
TRANSLATION
Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind

مَلِكِ ٱلنَّاسِ
Maliki alnnasi
مَلِكِmaliki(The) King
ٱلنَّاسِl-nāsi(of) mankind
TRANSLATION
The Sovereign of mankind

إِلَٰهِ ٱلنَّاسِ
Ilahi alnnasi
إِلَٰهِilāhi(The) God
ٱلنَّاسِl-nāsi(of) mankind
TRANSLATION
The God of mankind

114 : 4
مِن شَرِّ ٱلۡوَسۡوَاسِ ٱلۡخَنَّاسِ
Min sharri alwaswasi alkhannasi
مِنminFrom
شَرِّsharri(the) evil
ٱلۡوَسۡوَاسِl-waswāsi(of) the whisperer
ٱلۡخَنَّاسِl-khanāsithe one who withdraws
TRANSLATION
From the evil of the retreating whisperer

ٱلَّذِي يُوَسۡوِسُ فِي صُدُورِ ٱلنَّاسِ
Allathee yuwaswisu fee sudoori alnnasi
ٱلَّذِيalladhīThe one who
يُوَسۡوِسُyuwaswisuwhispers
فِيfīin
صُدُورِṣudūri(the) breasts
ٱلنَّاسِl-nāsi(of) mankind
TRANSLATION
Who whispers [evil] into the breasts of mankind

مِنَ ٱلۡجِنَّةِ وَٱلنَّاسِ
Mina aljinnati wa alnnasm
مِنَminaFrom
ٱلۡجِنَّةِl-jinatithe jinn
وَٱلنَّاسِwal-nāsiand men
TRANSLATION
From among the jinn and mankind
